Anyone able to offer vehicles or equipment should call the city Office of Emergency Management at (212)-477-3574 or -3598 or visit the NYC.gov equipment donation page."

Operation Helping Hand, a coordinated effort by the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) and the Mayor's Action Bureau begins operation on Friday, September 14. Located at City Hall (280 Grove Street), Room 105, the center will be open from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM every day until further notice.
